The Civil Superintendent is responsible for managing and supervising all field operations on heavy civil and highway construction projects. This role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and schedules. The Civil Superintendent serves as the primary leader in the field, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality results while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

Kiewit's South Central District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in highway and heavy civil construction including grading, excavating, trenching, bridge construction, concrete, asphalt paving, and more.
