• Execute globally defined training strategies and standards across the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) region within a centrally governed global training framework.
• Translate global training priorities, policies, and performance expectations into consistent, high‑quality execution across APAC training centres.
• Provide senior people leadership to regional training teams, fostering engagement, capability development, and consistent instructor behaviours aligned with global standards.
• Partner closely with APAC Sales teams to articulate training capabilities, capacity, and product offerings, supporting growth objectives and customer engagements.
