Key Responsibilities
Identify potential claims (Customer, 3rd party service provider or internal department) and coordinate with insurance team appropriately and open claim file accordingly.Discuss with internal department and respond to claim notification from customer and/or 3rd party service providers. (Carriers, Haulers, Rail operators, Terminals, Local Authorities)Lead and guide claim incident management. (including other Business Units)Verify the liability based on the SOP, agreements, terms and conditions whenever applicable.Liaise with internal departments, business units and 3rd parties to mitigate and minimize further losses, damages on running claim cases.Propose cost recovery whenever applicable and possible.Attend claim-related documents.
