Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Handle claims arising from Professional Indemnity class, with some exposure to Directors and Officers, Financial Institutions and Cyber.
• Support the development and execution of claim strategies, including investigation, reserving and resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of claims within delegated authority, with appropriate oversight.
• Liaise with brokers, clients, loss adjusters and other external partners throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Support negotiations and settlements, including discussions on coverage and quantum.
• Maintain accurate and timely claims records, using claims systems and documentation.
