Opportunity Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Evaluate claim documents and the reasonableness/fairness of claims filed, issue check settlement and process payment to shop, suppliers and other claims related expenses. Ensure the processing follow the Policies, Regulations and Guidelines set by the company.
- Analyze and verify the authenticity/validity of documents submitted and recommend an adjuster to handle the investigation of the claim, if warranted, to ensure only legitimate claims are processed.
- Prepare/submit recommendation as to compensability/non-compensability of claims
- Set up correct loss reserves by careful review/evaluation of claim documents and applying the correct deductible/depreciation to ensure adequate reserves in our account
- Reduce the expenses by minimizing claims related costs to improve the overall claims results
