Performs all related claims facilitating tasks as well as receiving and releasing of claim documents and checks to clients, advisors & other departments in SL, claim record creation, handling of claims & maturity payments; preparation of check requests, monitoring reports and letters and attending to claim notification and inquiries (email & phone).Preferred skills/knowledge
Knowledge of life insurance basic concepts and operations.ING, PRISM, CLAIMS, CAS, LGS, WMS Qualifications
