This role is:
-Planning, organize, manage, monitoring and evaluate the different activities how to develop Claims functional.
- Manage working team collaboration with customer centricity mindset for ensuring the quality and operation align with PVA’s strategic and maximize to bring exceptional customer experiences.
- Leading innovation and research new technology to explore and apply innovated applications for Claims and customer services
