Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle claims-related enquiries and requests via email within service turnaround timelines.
- Process and route claim submissions to the relevant team for assessment.
- Respond to customers and representatives on claim-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Support follow-up calls to explain claim outcomes when required.
- Manage appeals, feedback, and complaints, escalating complex cases where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
- Insurance background will be preferred
