Your new roleAs a Claims Handler within the Serious Injury Team, you will manage your own caseload of personal injury claims from instruction to resolution. You will supervise Paralegals, liaise with third parties, coordinate medical evidence, and negotiate settlements. Your work will include:

Managing a caseload of serious injury personal injury claims

Obtaining, reviewing, and organising all medical records

Liaising with Police Forces for reports, CCTV, and evidence
