Claims Resolution Specialist
As a Claims Resolution Specialist (internally referred to as a Contract Administrator), you are responsible for managing construction-related damage claims and supporting the resolution process from start to finish. This position serves as a key liaison between contractors, customers, commercial businesses, field operations teams, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and successful claim closure. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, written communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
