Modivcare is looking for an experienced Supervisor - Claims to join our team, responsible for assisting with the management of the Claims Department and acts as a liaison between the transportation providers and the company.

+ Supervises, manages and develops a team to meet operational and contractual goals.
+ Coaches and mentors team members.
+ Completes performance reviews for team members.
+ Provides a high level of customer service to the Operational offices supported by the Claims team and the Claims office.
+ Researches issues regarding the processing of transportation claims.
+ Reviews team work performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
+ Works through the Claims team to handle claims disputes with transportation providers and/or members.
