Class A OTR Driver

Position Summary

The Class A OTR Truck Driver is responsible for operating tractor-trailer combinations to transport freight over long distances to the Upper Midwest and Canada. This overnight union driving position involves minimal freight handling and requires adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and shipping instructions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual first-year compensation: $100,000 - $130,000, depending on hours and mileage
• 100% of health & wellness premiums paid by the company for employee and family, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage ($18,000/yr)
• Employer contributions to 401(k) plan: $11,000/yr
• Pay increases annually per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
• Benefit eligibility after completing 60 trips
