Class Teacher

The successful candidate will need to demonstratethe following:

• Be able to work effectively within the team toensure there are high quality and effective learning opportunities for allchildren.
• To plan programmes of work for pupilsin co-operation with teaching colleagues within the team in order to ensurethat all children are taught by members of that team experience similarlearning opportunities
• To plan work matched to the individualneeds of children and within the school’s agreed policy and schemes of work
• To produce written records of suchplanning in accordance with Trust policy
• To assess and record pupil’sachievements and progress within the statutory requirements and Trust’sassessment policy and report to parents
• To contribute to meetings, discussionsand management systems necessary to ensure the co-ordination of the work of theschool as a whole
