Opportunity Description
Lead a team that keeps our spaces running smoothly and to a high standard. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will oversee the provision of cleanliness across our property portfolio and monitor, assess and develop staff performance to support the Company’s operation.
Working with the Facilities Services Management team and reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the high level of cleaning provided by our team of cleaners. You will ensure that work is completed in a timely manner, to a high standard and that all tasks comply with Health and Safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, as performance and development of staff is a crucial part of this role.
This position is offered on a part time basis working 30 hours a week. Our night shifts follow a 7 nights on 7 nights off pattern Monday to Sunday, which is followed by a full 7 nights off. <...
