- Providing administrative support in HRL.
Job Scope
- Provide administrative assistance within the department.
- Prepare reports and documents for weekly and monthly.
- Assist in handling disciplinary related issues.
- Administer HRL stationery request and maintain proper records.
- Assist in organizing company-wide activities.
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Human Resources Management/Commerce or its equivalent.
- Knowledge in basic office functions.
- Knowledge, Skills and Ability MS Office.
- Behavioral Competencies Interpersonal Skills, Office Etiquette.
