Job Summary

  • Providing administrative support in HRL.

Job Scope

  • Provide administrative assistance within the department.
  • Prepare reports and documents for weekly and monthly.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary related issues.
  • Administer HRL stationery request and maintain proper records.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide activities.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Human Resources Management/Commerce or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge in basic office functions.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Ability MS Office.
  • Behavioral Competencies Interpersonal Skills, Office Etiquette.
