This position is based at: Cape Town
Responsible for providing continuous on-site quality, compliance, and construction oversight across City of Cape Town (Co CT) Capital Works projects. The role is focused on monitoring contractor workmanship, ensuring adherence to project specifications and contractual requirements, coordinating between consultants and contractors, and supporting effective project delivery during Stage 5 (Construction).
This position reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.
The incumbent will be based on-site within the City of Cape Town project environments and may be required to support multiple projects within the Safety & Security Directorate and other transversal directorates.
