Job Responsibilities
- Create job posting on different social media platforms
- Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals and job fairs
- Guide new members through the registration process on the platform system, including job requirements as per client request, payment and benefits
- Match candidates based on staffing needs and work schedules for clients using our automated system
- Interview and assess prospective applicants regarding responsibilities, grooming standards, salary and benefits
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points
- Manpower & Deployment: Plan rosters, deploy security officers across various sites, and manage urgent shift replacements to prevent site shortfalls
