Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business and manage existing accounts to foster growth and develop new programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service, managing the customer journey from order to delivery, including complaint resolution and RMA returns.
  • Translate customer needs into solutions, resolve technical issues, and differentiate from competitors.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience through all interactions and communications.
  • Own the maintenance and accuracy of the Salesforce database, including contact details, project statuses, and sales forecasts.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency.
