Job Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead who can handle a sales team, guide team members, achieve targets, and improve business sales through calls, follow-ups, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage the inside sales team

Assign daily leads and monitor follow-ups

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Train and support team members

Track team performance and productivity

Speak with customers and solve escalations

Maintain reports in CRM/Excel

Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

Improve conversion rates and customer experience
