We’re looking for a high-level salesperson to step into a combined role across: a premium Alignment & Leadership Coaching business (Baltus.com) and The Enlightenment — a private gentlemen & entrepreneur network in Madrid.
Your role
Speak with entrepreneurs, challenge their thinking, and guide them into the next level — inside the coaching or the network.

Who you are
25–35 years old
Based in Madrid
Proven track record in sales
Strong in English (Spanish is a plus)
You understand entrepreneurs and high-level conversations
You’re direct, sharp, and not afraid to challenge
You resonate with growth, standards, and the modern gentleman ethos
Details
- On-track earnings: $10K–15K+ per month
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- High commission structure
