Client Advisor

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Advisor.

This role will be based in Urbandale, Iowa, and is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

As a Client Advisor, you will serve as the project manager for large initiatives and complex accounts, ensuring action plans are implemented effectively and service delivery meets or exceeds expectations. You will draft comprehensive client-facing documents such as white papers, strategic approaches, financial analyses, and presentations to support sales opportunities and account growth.

Additionally, you will conduct market and industry research to identify new growth areas and trends and perform data analysis to support proposal development and client presentations.
