Purpose of Position:
Support the Trust Client Service in working with the Bank’s outsource partner, FIS, providing trust and custody services. Provide support and assistance to Trust Client Service employees using the FIS technology implemented for this process, including their inquiry, and reporting

+ Submit various requests to FIS, including password resets for the Bank’s online portal for Trust clients
