Client Engagement Manager

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring successful relationships between Neolytica- A QPharma’s clients and the company, ensuring project success through alignment, execution, communication, and management. The role involves establishing the best approach for selected projects, understanding client objectives, and driving operational activities related to KOL, Targeting and Launch projects. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

This role involves providing strategic consulting to clients, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth

Support Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client business objectives. 

Manage and supervise global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market and landscape analysis, competitor insights, and identification of KOLs, pricing experts, and community leaders.
