Opportunity Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at MARSH NZ. This role will be based in Auckland, NZ. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As part of the high-performing broking unit in our Affinity Segment, you will assist with the management of SME Financial Lines scheme accounts. You will focus on providing high-quality customer service to both new and existing clients, working closely within a nurturing and coaching environment to gain diverse insurance account‑management skills aligned with our “client first principles” and operational business goals.
We will count on you to:
- Meet and exceed service standards as agreed in client service agreements.
- Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
