Client Experience Coordinator

Haven Art Therapy is Singapore's leading art psychotherapy clinic for emotionally dysregulated children. We help children who struggle with big emotions such as anxiety, anger, meltdowns or trauma responses through therapy designed around how they naturally express themselves. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a sharp, proactive and highly dependable Client Experience Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic and deliver a warm, seamless and premium experience for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, is comfortable handling parents and schedules, and takes pride in doing things properly and consistently.
