The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) serves as the primary point of contact for assigned Quarles commercial fleet customers, building strong partnerships and acting as a trusted extension of each customer’s team. In this role, the CRM develops a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and objectives, while advocating for their needs internally to ensure the highest level of service. Success is measured by the ability to meet or exceed customer retention targets through satisfaction, consistent engagement, and long‑term contract utilization, including extensions.
