The Renewals Specialist is responsible for managing customer subscription renewals, ensuring high retention rates, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

What You'll Do

• Renewals Request Management: Oversee the renewals queue, ensuring all renewal requests are accurately categorized, prioritized, and assigned
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams, providing regular updates on renewal cases
