About the Role
We’re building a relationship‑oriented bank for the modern world. As a Client Service Representative on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will work in a fast‑paced banking centre and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. You’ll be the first line of support, answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members.
Responsibilities
- Answer client questions and assist with banking transactions.
- Help clients manage their accounts and products.
- Connect clients to the appropriate CIBC team members to support their financial goals.
- Actively promote technology, including mobile banking applications, to help clients manage banking needs.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
