We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer to join our General Insurance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their Client Services & Administration skills.


This is a full-time, onsite, permanent position based in our Mildura office.


What will your typical week look like?

  • Delivering high-quality Customer Service to clients in an efficient, professional and confidential manner.
  • Liaising with advisers, account executives, underwriters and all other third parties required to complete tasks. 
  • Processing domestic renewals, policy maintenance, new quotes and re-quotes, manual schedules, endorsements and issuing certificates of currency. 
  • Ensuring client data up is kept to date such as current address and contact details.
