Opportunity Description
The Client Solutions team partners closely with key clients and agencies to drive measurable business outcomes through TikTok’s advertising solutions. We work as strategic consultants, bringing together platform expertise, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of our clients’ goals. Responsibilities:
•Act as a trusted advisor for key Media and Entertainment clients, helping them maximise performance across TikTok through full-funnel solutions and platform innovation.
•Lead client relationships end-to-end: from onboarding and campaign strategy, to execution, optimisation and reporting.
•Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to support upsells, renewals, and strategic account growth, ensuring alignment on business priorities.
•Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimise ROI, drive efficiency, and inform future investments.
