Opportunity Description
This is a strategic client partnership role responsible for strategic accounts, driving ROI, and managing executive‑level relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, leading strategic discussions, improving adoption, and ensuring the long‑term success of MRI’s solutions as well as being a point of escalation for operational and other issues that may arise. You will coordinate across Sales, Professional Services, Finance and Support to ensure the client experience is seamless and value‑driven.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Johannesburg office.
