Summary:
The Climbing Wall Coordinator is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the climbing wall and the climbing wall staff to ensure a safe climbing environment for members and guests.

**Variable schedule to include day, evening and weekend shifts.**

Responsibilities:
1. Communication Complete duties as assigned by Fitness Director. Meet regularly with Fitness Director to discuss climbing wall management, safety, programming and budget. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times when communicating with members, guests and other staff members. Attend all required climbing wall staff meetings, trainings, programming and All-Staff meetings.
