Job Title: Clinic Administrator

Location: Colchester Hospital, CO4 5JL

Hours: 30 hours per week – candidates can choose any hours between Mon- Fri 9am – 5pm

Trust Location: East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust

Role type: Temporary for 2 months with possibility of extension

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Role will be to support all aspects of the Comm paediatrics service which deals with referrals from schools and GPs for ADHD, Autism and Neurodisability.

· This role will include answering phone calls and dealing with queries in a polite and professional manner

· managing inbox and directing emails to appropriate staff member or clinician,

· Booking appointments from EPIC work queue

· Use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheets

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
