Opportunity Description
Clinic Assistant – East; office hour 5.5 days
Salary: $2,500/month
Locations Available- Bedok – 1 Vacancy
- Marine Parade – 1 Vacancy
- Register and greet patients
- Schedule appointments and specialist referrals
- Handle payment collections and patient enquiries
- Provide frontline customer service support
- Assist at health monitoring stations by taking patients' height, weight and blood pressure
- Manage patient concerns professionally and escalate when required
- Weekdays: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm (8 working hours per day based on roster)
- Saturdays: Between 7:00am – 1:30pm (4 working hours based on roster)
- 44 hours per week
