We are a specialist surgical practice looking for committed and resourceful people to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you play a critical role in providing high quality patient service and contribute to the smooth running of daily clinic operations. You will be working closely with nurses hence team work is essential. Roles and Responsibilities Meet and greet patients, registration, manage front desk and reception. Handle phone enquiries and schedule appointments. Prepare consultation rooms and assist doctor during consultation and selected procedures Make follow-up appointments, bill explanation, collect payment, explanation of claims processes, coordinate investigations, prepare for surgeries, organize admissions, make follow-up calls. Perform administrative duties such as insurance/Medisave claims, maintain filing system and accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, liaising with labs/ radiology and other clinics.
