Clinic Assistant

We are a GP clinic seeking full-time clinic assistant who are caring, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting patient care.

Location:
Bukit Batok

Hours:
Full-time : 44 hours per week (roster-based), inclusive of weekends and PH

Part-time : Morning, afternoon or night clinic (depending on branch opening hours)

• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient service
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide clear, helpful responses to patient inquiries
• Register patients accurately and process payments efficiently
• Process claims for government schemes and TPA insurance to support patient billing
• Dispense medications following clinic protocols to ensure patient safety
• Assist doctors during clinical procedures and provide chaperone support as needed
