Clinic EVS Aide (Offsite) - Wahiawa Housekeeping (Call-In, Varied Shifts)

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs various housekeeping duties to maintain each clinic location in an orderly and sanitary condition.
• Picks up biohazard, hospital trash, and soiled linen.
• Maintains inventory of supplies.
• Performs duties in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Essential: pushing and pulling up to 20 pounds per square inch (psi), seeing, hearing, standing, walking, bending, stooping, forward and overhead reaching, grasping.
• Frequent: pushing and pulling 25 to 60 psi; lifting from floor to the knuckle; knuckle to shoulder 40 pounds (lbs); shoulder to overhead 20 lbs; talking, squatting, twisting, handling, fingering, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods.
• Occasional: pushing and pulling up to 110 psi, lifting from floor to knuckle 75+ lbs, knuckle to shoulder 40 lbs, shoulder to overhead 20-25 lbs, sitting,...
