Clinic Front Desk & Patient Services Coordinator

National Skin Centre in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the clinic counter and assist patients with their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least a GCE 'N' Level qualification and direct customer service experience.

You will be responsible for registration, billing, and making follow-up appointments, as well as assisting with Medisave applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
