As our Clinic Supervisor, you will oversee the staff (patient care team, front desk, records, and ancillary services) in the outpatient clinic who are caring for our patients.
Every day you will oversee a smooth flow of clinic operations, advocate for and mentor your team as you support them in reaching their full potential, aligning with our operational goals and objectives, assist with budget development and management to ensure cost-effective operations, and monitor the productivity and efficiency of your department.
