Clinical Applications Professional IV - Beaker

Job Description
As a technical leader in clinical applications, applies advanced professional concepts and extensive industry knowledge to lead and / or work on medium to large projects of broad scope and complexity. The incumbent provides support for all computer and information systems activities of the Pathology Department. Monitors activity and maintains LIS performance and integrity to ensure highest standards of patient care and compliance with all applicable regulations. Incumbent may be required to chair user group and validation committees with technical specialists and physicians across the Health System.

Collaboration: Work with lab leaders, other analysts, section heads, and SMEs to gather preliminary information for builds.

Build and Testing: Perform builds, testing, and keep tabs on lab items.

Support: Provide ongoing support for Beaker and third-party systems, including rotational on-call duties towards the end of go-live.
