Clinical Case Manager – Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (JR 5413) PATH is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to provide case management and supportive services to veterans participating in the HUD VASH Program at the Valley Vista PSH in San Diego, CA. Location: San Diego, CA 92108 Salary: $33,090 – $40,190 DOE Employment Type: Full Time, Non‐Exempt Eligibility: Must have U.S. work authorization, be CPR/First Aid trained, fully COVID‐19 vaccinated, and complete required pre‐employment screenings.
