About the Role

  • This is a permanent part-time Clinical Coach (Peri-operative — Scrub/Scout, 0.8 FTE) role atbased at St Vincent's Private Hospital Fitzroy

    • What you'll be doing (the good stuff!)

  • Inspire and support a diverse mix of learners, from enrolled and registered nurse graduates through to postgraduate students
  • Deliver specialised clinical education that shifts practice for the better
  • Lead competency assessments and keep our standards sharp
  • Spot learning gaps and build creative solutions
  • Design and run targeted in-service sessions to meet the needs of peri-operative nursing
