About the Role
As a Clinical Coach within the Supported First Year of Practice (SFYP) programme, you will play a key role in supporting and developing graduate nurses as they transition into clinical practice. Working alongside nurses in real - time clinical settings, you will provide hands - on coaching, guidance, and role modelling to build confidence, clinical judgement, and professional capability.
