**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Clinical Dietitian I, you will help patients, their families, and/or caregivers assess their nutritional status and develop appropriate nutrition plans so they can improve their disease or condition management and achieve better health outcomes.
Every day you will perform nutritional assessments using age and gender appropriate standards, cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds, and validated assessment tools. You will be expected to conduct routine screenings, implement targeted nutrition interventions, provide customized nutrition education, monitor and evaluate patient response to interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and Food and Nutrition Services to enhance patient experience.
