Position Overview

We are hiring a relief, full‑time Clinical Dietitian for the Williams Lake Primary Care Network (PCN). This position will provide coverage until October 2027 or until the incumbent returns.

Schedule

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Shift time: 08:30 to 16:30

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nutrition care in a patient‑centred, team‑based primary care model, including assessment, care planning and documentation, intervention, goal setting, and ongoing monitoring.
• Deliver counseling and education tailored to patient needs for both individuals and groups.
