Clinical DME Data Coordinator: Sleep Center

Job Description The Clinical DME Data Coordinator provides a wide range of support for the sleep department DME team by collecting data, conducting insurance verification and collaborating with DME sleep technologist and all team members on priorities identified by the department leadership. Using appropriate tools and internal/external databases, documents relevant performance metrics and resolves data discrepancies, helps call and coordinate with patients and DME suppliers. DME Coordination Functions as a liaison between DME suppliers and patients. Coordinates end‐to‐end DME workflows for PAP, oxygen, and related sleep therapy equipment. Ensures timely processing of DME orders. Audits and reviews accuracy of documentation. Documents all patient encounters and encounters with DME companies in EPIC.
