Clinical Education Manager

Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Education and Professional Studies, and guided by the Associate Dean, School of Nursing, the Clinical Education Manager will provide operational management and administrative support for the clinical practicum and simulation components of the Nursing programs. The manager will coordinate the recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring of instructors, maintain clinical partner relationships, and support implementation of clinical curriculum to maintain congruency in the Nursing programs. They will also provide ongoing development, assurance, and evaluation of the Nursing programs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario to practice without restriction. They should have three (3) to five (5) years of administrative and clinical teaching experience in a post-secondary educati...
