Job Description Summary: As the Clinical Education Operations Apprentice for Iberia, you will support the coordinators leading the strategic planning and operational execution of clinical training activities. This role requires strong project management skills, cross‑functional leadership, and a customer‑centric mindset to ensure high‑quality education delivery across Spain and Portugal.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Daily update of the operations tool based on tasks and schedule activities of the Zone CED team.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (OTR, Project, Service, Commercial, etc.) to drive backlog execution.
• Ensure 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions (FVR, Debrief, Delivery Note, Certificates, and Customer Surveys).
• Promote adoption of education solutions, including classrooms, Digital Academy, and remote training sessions.
