Clinical Educator (RN)

The Clinical Educator identifies and provides ongoing training, coaching, and education for all employees. The role is responsible for ensuring all employees are provided a robust education program throughout the course of employment that enables them to master and demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties. Specifically ensuring that new employees are oriented to hospital policies and procedures, department managers orient and adequately train the employees in their respective departments, and all employees receive ongoing training and education that meets regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties:

+ Maintains current knowledge of state and Joint Commission regulatory requirements.

+ Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with CMS, JCAHO, and other regulatory standards.
