Clinical Fellow in Luminal Gastroenterology, Hepatology & General Medicine at Bristol Royal Infirmary.

Full‑time, fixed term (12 months) at SpR level. The role alternates between six months in Gastroenterology and six months in Hepatology (or vice‑versa).

Main Duties

• Work clinically in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting gastroenterology and hepatology services.
• Deliver up to two outpatient clinics per week in gastroenterology and up to 12 in hepatology, under consultant supervision.
• Lead audit and quality‑improvement projects with consultant support.
• Participate in the general medical on‑call rota, leading acute medical take and out‑of‑hours inpatient team as a medical registrar.
• Provide endoscopy training and join daily acute GI bleed lists and ad hoc inpatient endoscopy lists.
